About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with product and engineering from discovery and design, shaping acceptance criteria and risk models
- Use AI across the lifecycle to generate test scenarios, triage failures, analyze logs and crash data, maintain automation, and fix bugs
- Build and refine reusable AI-assisted workflows, agents, reports, and prompts
- Use production signals such as analytics, crash reports, support tickets, and user reviews to determine testing and monitoring priorities
- Define and track business-relevant quality metrics
- Independently plan, schedule, and execute complex QA tasks in a fast-moving startup environment
- Experiment, measure, and share effective approaches with the team
- Strengthen test resilience through flaky-test reduction, self-healing, and smarter test selection
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience as a QA Analyst / QA Engineer
- 3+ years performing functional, integration, regression and performance testing
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken (fluency in English required)
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward experimenting, shipping, learning from production, and iterating quickly
- Demonstrated judgment in applying AI to QA work, including evaluating AI-generated tests and code critically
- Experience designing prompts, workflows, or agents that improve test design, execution, or analysis
- Experience in Mobile app & Web testing
- Experience automating testing, especially in Maestro and Playwright
- Knowledge of QA Methodology and tools
- Experience gathering test requirements and creating detailed test plans
- Experience working directly with engineering teams to provide quality support
- BS in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent experience
