About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Capture, maintain and analyse performance data across West Midlands Police
  • Monitor data, trends and anomalies, identifying and reporting issues or areas requiring further investigation
  • Maintain performance dashboards, spreadsheets and reporting systems
  • Respond to performance data requests and queries from colleagues across the Force
  • Support production and presentation of reports, management information and presentations for key meetings and stakeholders
  • Work under the guidance of a Performance Analyst or Performance Manager
  • Support organisational performance, governance and service improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must successfully complete the required level of Recruitment Vetting and Counter Terrorism clearance before starting the role
  • Must successfully complete medical checks, potentially including a drugs test, fitness assessment and hearing test
  • Provide references covering at least five years of employment, education or other relevant activity history
  • Ability to capture, maintain and analyse performance data
  • Ability to monitor data, trends and anomalies and report issues appropriately
  • Ability to maintain dashboards, spreadsheets and reporting systems
  • Ability to respond to performance data requests and queries
  • Ability to produce and present performance information
