Key responsibilities & impact

Review every job signed by the residential sales team before release to the production queue.
Verify scope of work, pricing, documentation, checklists, and photos.
Approve compliant jobs and return incomplete or incorrect jobs for correction.
Track returned jobs through resolution.
Facilitate customer financing, collect documentation, upload files to lender portals and the job management system, and monitor application status.
Reconcile change orders in ServiceTitan and resolve discrepancies between contracts, change orders, and completed work.
Prepare and submit permit applications in iPermit, verify accuracy, and track permit status.
Submit manufacturer roof warranty applications and maintain warranty documentation.
Participate in Offshore Launch Slack, bi-weekly team meetings, and monthly reviews.

What you’ll need

Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and a disciplined, checklist-driven approach to work.
Confidence to hold colleagues to a standard and send incomplete work back for correction.
Ability to manage a high volume of jobs at different stages without letting items fall through the cracks.
Ability to work full time during U.S. Pacific Time business hours.
Experience in roofing, solar, construction or home services. (Preferred)
Experience working in a CRM or field service management platform. (Preferred)
Hands-on experience with ServiceTitan. (Preferred)
Familiarity with U.S. building permit processes, consumer financing or manufacturer warranty programs. (Preferred)
