Key responsibilities & impact- Provide direct outpatient patient care under provider direction
- Room patients and take vital signs

- Lead and mentor LPN staff
- Support training and onboarding
- Assist with scheduling and workflow
- Address operational issues
- Partner with management to maintain high-quality patient care and team performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ohio LPN license
- BLS certification
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- 2+ years LPN experience for Lead Licensed Practical Nurse
- Leadership or preceptor experience preferred
