About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with direct patient care
  • Perform routine specialized medical procedures according to established clinical protocols
  • Assist medical and nursing staff with patient examinations and treatment
  • Room patients and measure and record vital signs
  • Complete patient interviews and histories
  • Prepare patients for examinations, tests, and treatments and explain procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One of the following: diploma from a Medical Assistant Program; minimum of 1 year of medical assisting experience; Military Medic training; EMT-P (Paramedic) training; or equivalent of 1 year combined relevant medical assisting experience and education
  • Medical Assistant Certification preferred
  • On-site work in Dublin, Ohio
