  • Verify space utilization information and create reports
  • Update clinic schedules in Excel or the space repository tool
  • Verify asset lists
  • Assist with vendors and estimates for refresh projects
  • Update the location database
  • Coordinate facilities project requests and confirm completions
  • Manage details and requests for OSUP-owned buildings
  • Submit purchase orders and e-tickets for projects
  • Coordinate contractor badges with HR
  • Route project invoices for payment
  • Support and document meetings with space leaders, architects, and construction teams
  • Schedule meetings and site visits/walk-throughs
  • Coordinate signage and artwork with OSU and vendors
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience utilizing mathematical equations
  • Experience with various technology tools and Excel
  • Associate degree preferred
  • Knowledge of lease equations and terms preferred
