About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a portfolio of entry-level and high-volume positions, supporting recruitment activities from requisition through hire
  • Assist with candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment communications
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process
  • Coordinate and track pre-employment requirements, including background checks, screenings, verifications, and pre-boarding documentation
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure candidates are successfully onboarded and ready to begin employment
  • Maintain accurate records in recruitment and HR systems while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
  • Support recruitment initiatives, reporting, career events, and process improvement efforts that enhance the candidate experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required
  • One (1) year of experience in human resources, recruiting, customer service, administrative support, healthcare operations, or a related field preferred
  • Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, staffing, or talent acquisition activities preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
  • Strong customer service mindset with a passion for creating a positive candidate experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn applicant tracking systems and HR technologies
  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams
