About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive customer success, deep product adoption, and long-term retention across complex strategic enterprise accounts in the top end of the Global 2000
Advise enterprise engineering, architecture, security, and application teams and System Integrator partners
Architect and deploy complex, low-friction, massive-scale CIAM solutions on the Auth0 platform
Define enterprise-wide implementation patterns and resolve complex configuration challenges
Support pre-sales and New Product Introduction launches with Proofs of Concept, early-adopter demonstrations, and technical enablement assets
Design scalable deployment blueprints with global System Integrators and strategic delivery partners
Provide guidance on custom Auth0 Actions, SDK implementation blueprints, and full-stack application patterns
Test early-stage NPIs and communicate feature gaps and enterprise feedback to Auth0 Product Management
Create reusable code samples, technical documentation, and enablement guides
Leverage AI tools and LLM workflows for code generation, SDK debugging, documentation, and implementation analysis
Manage concurrent technical engagements and serve as the ultimate escalation point for high-priority customer issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years in a customer-facing technical field role within a Go-To-Market organization, delivering identity or SaaS solutions to enterprise accounts
Expert-level understanding of the Auth0 platform and modern CIAM patterns
Proven experience working directly for, or in tight alignment with, global System Integrators such as Accenture, Deloitte, or PwC
Experience reading, writing, and debugging full-stack application code using JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, and modern Mobile SDKs
Deep understanding of identity federation, access control frameworks, SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SCIM
In-depth knowledge of the CIAM threat landscape and resilient authentication flows
Experience with complex, large-scale IT landscapes, web technologies, and cloud architectures for top G2K and Fortune 100 customers
Exceptional ability to translate complex technical/developer concepts to non-technical stakeholders and guide senior engineering leaders
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
