About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the security roadmap by evaluating risk, setting priorities, and driving execution end to end
Strengthen preventive and detective controls across cloud environments, including identity and access, logging, and monitoring
Own incident response, including playbooks, readiness, and leading responses
Secure company use of AI through policies, data exposure controls, and safe adoption of AI tools and agents
Lead the security awareness program, including phishing simulations and role-based training
Manage third-party and vendor risk
Represent Olé in security reviews with partners, distributors, and reinsurers
Drive ISO 27001 readiness and compliance with data protection regulations across company markets
Report to the CTO and collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and business teams
Deliver a prioritized security roadmap, improved cloud security posture and detection capabilities, efficient security reviews, and an engaged security culture

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years in cybersecurity, with hands-on experience securing cloud environments
Track record leading and maturing security programs in a high-growth company
Hands-on incident response experience
Ability to explain risk in business terms and bring technical and non-technical teams along
Professional Spanish and English
Candidates based in Buenos Aires or Lima who can join in-person moments as needed
Nice to have: Experience with ISO 27001
Nice to have: Experience securing AI/LLM usage in a company setting
Nice to have: Background in insurance, fintech, or other regulated industries
Nice to have: Familiarity with LGPD and LatAm data protection regulations
