About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the strategy, planning, marketing, and performance of OLG's National Draw portfolio across Retail and Digital channels
  • Own, plan, and deliver annual revenue and net profit to the province objectives
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and product planning for Lotto Max, Lotto 6/49, Daily Grand, and supporting programs
  • Develop and manage category operating, marketing, promotional, and partnership budgets
  • Lead annual business and marketing plans, growth strategies, product initiatives, financial objectives, and customer engagement programs
  • Develop category strategies aligned with OLG's Masterbrand and enterprise priorities
  • Oversee performance measurement and analytics to optimize plans and achieve business performance indicators
  • Lead media strategies, briefings, and activation plans with internal stakeholders, media agencies, and external partners
  • Represent OLG with the Interprovincial Lottery Corporation and help shape national portfolio strategies, sales objectives, player growth plans, and profitability targets
  • Provide strategic leadership for jackpot initiatives, promotions, and sales accelerations
  • Act as Product Lead for National Draw game launches, enhancements, retirements, and system improvements
  • Partner with Enterprise Brand & Marketing on sponsorship strategies, social media initiatives, and integrated marketing programs
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing commercially focused team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in business, product management, marketing, category management, or a related commercial environment
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience delivering business growth, operational excellence, and strategic objectives
  • Minimum 5 years of experience collaborating across large organizations to solve complex business challenges and deliver enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing product, marketing, and growth strategies within a consumer-focused organization
  • Experience managing significant budgets, forecasting activities, and business performance measurement
  • In-depth knowledge of the lottery, gaming, entertainment, or related consumer industries is considered a strong asset
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Expertise in product strategy, portfolio management, marketing, consumer insights, and customer engagement
  • Proven business and people leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of promotion, advertising, merchandising, market research, media planning, and agency management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic thinking and innovation skills
  • Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, demographic and psychographic analysis, and customer experience principles
