About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and manage mid- to high-complexity, multi-channel initiatives utilizing Gen AI technologies
- Lead integrated teams of creative, strategy, and AI production professionals
- Ensure project excellence throughout the lifecycle and maintain project management best practices
- Oversee resource allocation and manage timelines for successful, timely delivery
- Integrate and optimize Gen AI workflows within creative projects
- Manage implementation of AI tools in alignment with project schedules
- Coordinate traditional production and AI-powered workstreams
- Ensure quality of AI-generated assets and track/report AI production metrics
- Build and maintain relationships with premium brand stakeholders
- Lead internal and external communications and manage cross-functional team dynamics
- Drive process improvement, budget control, and resource management
- Develop project plans, identify and mitigate AI production risks, and oversee scope, timeline, and budget
- Implement quality control standards and optimize processes for successful outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years' integrated project management experience, including premium/luxury brand experience
- Expertise in team coordination, vendor management, executive reporting, and cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency with project management software, Microsoft Office, creative and AI production workflows
- Skills in budget development, financial reporting, and resource optimization
- Strong organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience in risk mitigation, quality control, documentation, and status reporting
- Ability to build stakeholder relationships and drive successful, innovative project outcomes
- Proficiency in English is required
- Must be based in Mexico
