About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and be accountable for contract manufacturing partners for an assigned product category
Manage supplier relationships to meet service, cost, quality, and innovation requirements
Create and execute an ongoing 3-year supply base strategy
Serve as the escalation point for cross-functional partners and resolve business deliverable issues
Support sourcing events for new suppliers across innovation, service, capacity, and cost
Deliver cost savings goals
Conduct supplier relationship management business reviews
Create KPIs for primary suppliers using input from Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales
Execute or renew supply agreements and negotiations while maintaining contract database metrics
Partner with Finance on payment terms, standard costs, PPV, and invoicing accuracy
Support continuous improvement for the rapidly scaling Operations team
Report to the Contract Manufacturing Director

Requirements

What you’ll need

5-7+ progressive experience in supply chain management in CPG
Proven experience in negotiations, contracts, and agreements
Experience owning and managing a complex end to end supply chain
Background in Planning, Logistics and Customer Service
Technical gummy experience
Ability to be a collaborative team member in a dynamic growth environment
Ability to step away from the details and share the big picture impact to all OLLY’s
Analytical thinker with a “Can Do!” attitude
Lean, APICS or CPSM Certification or training a plus
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
