Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets and track progress to manage financial success and ensure timely completion
Manage complex contract negotiations
Lead project plan execution by assembling and managing project teams, coordinating internal resources, and assigning responsibilities aligned with project objectives
Monitor progress and measure project performance within established scope, schedule, and budget
Manage change requests and execute risk management techniques to minimize negative financial impact
Coordinate detailed technical work reviews to ensure quality and contractual compliance
Maintain positive client relationships and provide exceptional client service to secure future work
Document project deliverables and maintain comprehensive project records
Mentor staff on project management best practices using Olsson programs and project support resources
Serve as lead project manager for complex, high-priority multidisciplinary site development projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong communication skills
Ability to contribute and work well on a team
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture
Project management experience including scope, schedule, and budget control
8+ years of experience in site design and development
Must be a registered Professional Engineer (PE) or Landscape Architect
Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
Ability to travel to Nebraska office locations for in-office activities, client visits, and site visits as needed
