About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead quality assurance and quality control for the team
Provide senior-level design review for team projects
Attend client meetings
Direct and manage project staff on technical aspects of projects
Coordinate with all disciplines involved in projects
Plan and oversee quality review of project deliverables
Provide consultative support to clients for project resolution
Develop subject matter expertise in design areas
Assist with project studies through drawings, sketching, and data acquisition
Promote efficiency in producing quality work
Supervise and review assignments of less experienced staff
Travel to job sites at different construction stages as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong communication skills
Ability to contribute and work well on a team
Associate Degree in Drafting
10 years of CAD software experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D
Project management skills for medium-sized projects
Ability to travel for in-office activities, client visits, and site visits as needed
Ability to work in all types of terrain and weather conditions
