About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform project management duties on small to medium sized site design projects
  • Prepare planning and design documents
  • Process design calculations and analyze reports
  • Coordinate with Olsson teams, professional staff, technical staff, and clients
  • Travel to job sites for observation and attend client meetings as needed
  • Evaluate, design, and construct plans for projects
  • Assist with project documents and track scope, schedule, and budget
  • Prepare cost estimates and determine project feasibility
  • Communicate project development and progress with project managers and clients
  • Maintain project information and client records in the project management system
  • Propose adaptations to standard methods and procedures
  • Supervise and provide technical guidance to less experienced staff

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Must be a registered Professional Engineer
  • Experience with Civil 3D
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to contribute and work well on a team
