About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide senior leadership and crucial technical support within the team
- Serve as lead engineer on complex projects
- Utilize high-level technical expertise in engineering design
- Execute QA/QC plans for team projects
- Mentor and train team members in technical design aspects
- Advise on challenging projects
- Provide project management support when needed
- Conduct thorough checks on plans and deliverables to maintain quality control
- Design multidisciplinary, preliminary, and construction solutions for land development projects, including mixed-use, commercial, residential, industrial, sports venue, school, and other site development projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong communication skills
- Ability to contribute and work well on a team
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years of related Civil Engineering experience
- Registered as a Professional Engineer (PE)
- At least four years of experience supervising technical personnel
- Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, and regulatory approvals
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
