About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead structural design for varied and complex projects using steel, concrete, wood, and masonry
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers
- Perform advanced structural analyses and present findings in comprehensive reports

Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage complex projects and mentor engineering teams
- Minimum of 8 years of structural engineering experience, with a focus on facilities design and project leadership
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Proficiency in structural design and drafting software
- Master’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (structural emphasis) preferred
- Experience with Autodesk Revit preferred
- Experience with Post Tensioned Concrete Design preferred
