About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data analysts to conceptualize and ship user-centred solutions
Take end-to-end accountability for quality, trust, and performance from concept through production
Connect design decisions to business outcomes, define success metrics, and run experiments demonstrating measurable impact
Use AI-native workflows to prototype and iterate directly in code
Build working prototypes and production-ready components, test them with real users, and iterate quickly
Design and orchestrate AI-assisted interaction patterns, including multi-step flows and human-in-the-loop experiences
Critique and elevate AI-generated outputs
Contribute code components to Nexus design system for direct engineering use
Run brainstorming sessions and design reviews
Communicate design rationale clearly and with data to cross-functional stakeholders
Report to the Product Design Manager and work embedded in a product team

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in UX/Digital Product Design
Portfolio showcasing shipped work and live prototypes, not just static screens
Demonstrated AI-native mindset and use of AI tools such as Figma Make, Lovable, Cursor, Claude, or equivalents
Proficiency with code-assisted design; ability to read and critique React/HTML through AI-generated outputs and guide prompts to refine UI, or fluency with no-code tools such as Lovable
Solid grasp of user-centred design principles
Strong systems thinking for probabilistic, AI-driven experiences and end-to-end product journeys
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Growth mindset, learning ability, and adaptability
Strong collaboration and candid feedback skills
Proficiency in English
Candidates must be based and eligible to work in Spain
