About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Set the strategy for every brand in the group
- Run the core brand end-to-end across three markets
- Lead the launch and rollout of a new corporate brand
- Own social and community for the core brand and unbranded categories
- Own media strategy, planning and investment across the group
- Manage channel strategy, investment governance and contract negotiation
- Lead the central media buying desk
- Build an in-house creative studio covering creative, content, design and production with local-language capability
- Own the agency roster and in-housing programme
Requirements
What you’ll need- Senior brand leadership in a multi-brand or portfolio business, owning strategy rather than executing someone else's
- Experience building or overhauling a brand architecture across multiple brands
- Experience launching a corporate or holding brand, or a comparable large-scale brand programme
- Strong command of brand governance (codes, verbal identity, approvals)
- Strong command of brand measurement (equity tracking, share of voice), able to commission and challenge a tracking partner rather than just receive their output
- Media strategy, planning and investment experience at scale, including negotiating major contracts
- Experience building or running an in-house creative studio, or leading a significant agency in-housing programme
- PR experience in a business with real public exposure
- A track record of building capability that didn't exist before, not just improving what did
- Fluent in English.
