About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide excellent customer service using OMC’s C.A.R.E. standards
  • Greet patients and visitors at clinics in Sequim and Port Angeles with compassion and empathy
  • Collect and accurately enter patient demographic data into the EHR
  • Explain OMC/OMP registration policies and procedures to patients
  • Collect copays and payments according to OMC finance policies
  • Maintain smooth patient flow through the registration process
  • Keep patients in waiting areas informed of delays
  • Collaborate with Central Access and Clinic Back Office staff to improve patients’ experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Customer Service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
  • Must work day shifts
  • Must work in both Sequim and Port Angeles clinics
