Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program required
  • One-year Occupational Therapy experience providing rehabilitation therapy to a variety of patients including the elderly required
  • Experience in home health or geriatric setting preferred
  • Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Washington required
  • Current BLS certification required
  • Valid Washington State driver’s license required
  • Proof of insurance on automobile used for work required
  • Driving record in compliance with OMC standards required
  • Must have computer internet connectivity
  • Must have reliable automobile transportation to travel to patient residences
