About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in project management or program management
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA and Trello
- U.S. citizenship
- Ability to obtain a Department of Defense security clearance for specific roles
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
- Experience in IT or technical project management preferred
- Familiarity with data management and system migrations preferred
- Experience in the financial services or healthcare industry preferred
