About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and motivate installation personnel
- Coordinate subcontractors
- Prepare quotations and obtain supplier quotations
- Provide individual customer support
- Prepare work and manage schedules while ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Project controlling, including the construction diary, quantity surveying, variation orders, and documentation
- Assignments at construction sites in the Schwäbisch Hall, Mutlangen, and Aalen area
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed degree in civil engineering/electrical engineering, or completed master craftsperson or technician training with a focus on electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of construction-related professional experience, particularly in site execution
- Experience in the professional supervision of installation personnel
- Assertive, independent, and customer-oriented approach to work
- Class B driving licence; BE preferred
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Willingness to work at construction sites in the Schwäbisch Hall, Mutlangen, and Aalen area
