About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Apprenticeship as an IT Specialist for System Integration (m/f/d) at the Uedem location and at the vocational school in Kleve

  • Advise, support, and train colleagues on IT topics
  • Assist users with problems through the helpdesk by phone, email, and on site
  • Collaborate with IT colleagues from across Europe within the VINCI Energies Group
  • Plan, set up, and operate complex IT systems
  • Manage servers, networks, cloud solutions, and IT security concepts
  • Communicate directly with business customers
  • Contribute to projects for introducing new systems and technologies—from consulting and implementation through to support
  • Support customers by phone, via remote access, or on site

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least an intermediate secondary school-leaving certificate; preferably an advanced technical college entrance qualification or university entrance qualification
  • Initial experience using computers or IT solutions
  • Good English language skills
  • Technical understanding
  • Communicative, with an enjoyment of working with people and in well-organized teams
  • Category B driving licence
  • CV and current school report required for the application
