About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently manage the technical and commercial execution of projects involving electrical infrastructure, particularly the decommissioning and dismantling of nuclear facilities
- Plan and implement plant modifications and the shutdown of electrical systems at customer sites
- Perform project controlling and maintain effective collaboration with customers and suppliers
- Prepare work within the permit-to-work and approval process as part of operational management in the electrical discipline
- Conduct technical inspections of systems and equipment
- Prepare and manage technical documentation in accordance with customer requirements, legal provisions, standards, and guidelines
- Prepare cost calculations and quotations for electrical engineering projects
- Collaborate in interdisciplinary project teams
- Take responsibility for scheduling and project coordination
- Design electrical systems and equipment for voltage levels up to 1 kV
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician, supplemented by further training as a State-Certified Electrical Engineering Technician or Master Electrician, or a completed degree in Electrical Engineering
- Ideally, experience with CAD applications such as AutoCAD, Visio, EPLAN, Bentley MicroStation V8, or RUPLAN
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Independent and structured working style in collaboration with remote teams
- Good written and spoken German skills
- Valid Category B driving licence
