Key responsibilities & impact

Set up and onboard Key Account clients
Monitor platform adoption and usage
Manage the health of the customer portfolio, identifying risks and opportunities
Lead check-in meetings and action plans
Drive customer engagement and growth
Identify opportunities to expand and increase solution usage
Act in a consultative manner to generate value and strengthen customer relationships
Partner with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience

What you’ll need

Previous experience in Customer Success, Customer Experience, Consultative Support, or related areas
Experience onboarding and implementing solutions for enterprise accounts
Experience managing a customer portfolio
Knowledge of Customer Success metrics, such as churn, retention, expansion, NPS, health score, and adoption
Ability to analyze usage, engagement, and portfolio health indicators
Analytical, data-driven mindset
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organized, with the ability to manage multiple customers and demands simultaneously
Consultative approach, focused on understanding problems and proposing solutions
Proactive in identifying risks and opportunities before they are recognized by the customer
Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams across the company
Preferred: experience managing a SaaS customer portfolio
Preferred: experience with CRM tools and/or Customer Success management platforms (HubSpot)
