About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide customer support via chat or phone to answer Omie customer questions;
- Remotely access customers’ computers to provide assistance;
- Create step-by-step system procedures using images, text, or videos;
- Escalate system issues and seemingly unresolved problems to the Product Specialists team;
- Redirect chats or calls to other departments when necessary;
- Handle inquiries regarding rejected invoices via chat and phone.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a college or university degree preferred;
- Knowledge of the Omie system preferred;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred;
- Two years of experience as an intern or assistant.
