Key responsibilities & impact

Product management focused on payment products
Create and execute experiments to increase conversion, activation, and engagement
Analyze the end-to-end card issuance, processing, and acquiring journey, identifying friction points and opportunities for improvement
Lead discovery with internal and external customers and ecosystem partners
Define business rules for new card and payment terminal features and integrations (acquiring)
Monitor performance metrics, including issuance, conversion, drop-off, delinquency, and costs
Analyze customer profiles of users who do not activate or stop using the product
Partner technically with squads to refine user stories and validate solutions
Collaborate with CRM, Growth, and CX teams on adoption and engagement initiatives

What you’ll need

Knowledge of financial products or payment flows, including cards and acquiring
Data analysis skills, including funnels, product metrics, performance, and engagement
Experience with discovery processes, including interviews, problem framing, and validation
Strong organization, prioritization, and communication skills
Analytical and data-driven mindset
Adaptability and the ability to navigate multiple scenarios
Creativity in generating hypotheses and solutions to increase conversion
Direct experience with payment methods, cards, and acquiring
Experience with payment integrations, including PSPs, gateways, fraud prevention, and digital wallets
Familiarity with billing and digital payment metrics
Experience with financial products or B2B billing solutions
