Improve Omilia's Drive-Thru Voice AI, a production system taking orders across thousands of Quick Serve Restaurants
Track system performance
Perform analyses on production data
Turn insights into fixes and enhancements to NLU models, conversation flows, and LLM behavior
Write SQL queries
Build reports and dashboards
Track KPIs
Run analyses and identify optimization opportunities
Review real drive-thru dialogs
Identify error patterns and propose actionable improvements for accuracy and user experience
Implement and thoroughly test semantic models and conversation flows using machine learning, rule-based techniques, and LLMs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Computational Linguistics, Data Science, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
At least 1 year of experience in data analysis or NLP
Experience with SQL and visualization tools for data querying, visualization, and dashboard creation
Experience working with complex datasets to perform data analysis, extract actionable insights, and drive business decision-making
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Excellent communication skills; able to present findings clearly to technical and business audiences
Accountable within demanding deadlines
Experience with dialog systems either voice or chat based is a plus
Experience in production-level NLU/NLP/Agentic solutions is a plus
Knowledge of Spanish is a plus
