About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a technical authority on Omni’s Data Science team.
- Create analytical solutions that drive operational efficiency and strengthen business competitiveness.
- Lead the end-to-end development, implementation, and monitoring of complex analytical models.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) and SQL for large-scale data analysis and modeling.
- Experience with statistical models and Machine Learning techniques.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and translate them into practical business results.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate analyses and technical concepts into clear insights for different areas of the company.
- Collaborative profile, with autonomy, an ownership mindset, and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Curiosity and interest in new Data Science techniques, technologies, and applications.
- Experience in financial services, credit, or risk is a plus.
- Technical English is a plus.
