About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor the delinquent portfolio and prepare reports/data bases
- Track performance indicators to drive results
- Provide support to and visit business partners

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related fields (a Law degree is a plus)
- Experience in collections
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Analytical, organized, detail-oriented, and determined profile
- Desire to become a benchmark for excellence in daily activities
- Data analysis skills
- Experience with collections and legal operational metrics is a plus
