About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor and execute the transportation operations under your responsibility
  • Schedule and route shipments, considering deadlines, capacity, productivity, costs, and service levels
  • Monitor operations from scheduling through delivery completion
  • Monitor vehicles, shipments, pickups, transfers, and deliveries, addressing deviations
  • Resolve moderately complex operational issues and escalate critical situations
  • Issue and monitor CT-e, MDF-e, freight contracts, and other required documents
  • Keep documents, systems, and records up to date
  • Address documentary, operational, and financial discrepancies
  • Act as a point of contact for drivers, partners, customers, and internal teams
  • Guide drivers and partners on scheduling, pickup, delivery, documentation, and procedures
  • Track freight charges, payments, expenses, and financial transactions
  • Monitor KPIs, prepare controls and reports, and support root-cause analyses
  • Participate in corrective and preventive actions, process improvements, and standardization initiatives
  • Support less experienced professionals and leadership in identifying problems
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, contractual requirements, and transportation regulations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in road freight transportation operations
  • Hands-on experience issuing CT-e and MDF-e
  • Experience verifying vehicle, driver, shipment, origin/destination, and document data before transportation documents are issued or the shipment is released
  • Experience issuing CT-e, MDF-e, freight contracts, and CIOT, as well as verifying and releasing vehicle and shipment documentation
  • Availability to work a 12x36 night shift, from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
  • Degree, associate degree, technical diploma, or equivalent technical education
