About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute OOH media plans and recommendations aligned with client objectives
  • Manage day-to-day account activities, including planning, buying, campaign execution, and operational support
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, agency partners, and media vendors
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partner agencies to deliver integrated media solutions
  • Utilize industry research and measurement tools to evaluate opportunities and optimize campaign performance
  • Monitor competitive activity, market trends, and emerging OOH media opportunities
  • Support client presentations, reporting, and post-campaign analyses
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and assist with financial reconciliation processes
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members while helping ensure project deadlines are met
  • Identify opportunities to retain and grow client business through proactive recommendations and marketplace expertise

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–3 years of media planning, buying, or account service experience, preferably within advertising, media, or OOH
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners
  • Experience with OOH media planning and buying preferred
  • Familiarity with media research and measurement tools, including Geopath preferred
  • Experience presenting recommendations and campaign results to clients preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor or train junior team members preferred
