About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage Credera’s certification compliance
  • Operate Credera’s various ISO certifications and Health and Safety activities
  • Maintain management system policies, procedures, registers, controls and records
  • Monitor non-conformities, corrective actions and improvement opportunities
  • Maintain the yearly audit calendar and arrange audit prerequisites
  • Help management system owners prepare for audits
  • Manage relationships with audit partners
  • Prepare reporting packs and data for management reviews and follow up on actions
  • Monitor changes to standards and adopt best practices into management systems
  • Establish processes and governance for achieving new certifications and leveraging wider Omnicom Group certifications
  • Coordinate Health and Safety compliance activities, including risk assessments, records, training logs and incident reporting
  • Support staff training and awareness for quality, environmental and safety culture
  • Identify practical process and management-system improvements
  • Act as a point of contact for compliance questions
  • Manage training reporting and assist with training evolution
  • Work with the parent company to streamline audit operations and obtain required evidence
  • Report to the UK Head of Operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience working with, or alongside, ISO management systems, specifically 9001, 14001 or 20000, in a compliance, quality, operations or administrative capacity
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines and document trails
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Confidence working with people across all levels of the business
  • Exposure to internal auditing, or willingness to complete internal/lead auditor training
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn unfamiliar standards
  • Comfortable working in a global organisation with a US-headquartered parent company
