About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build, learn, and grow within Credera’s Experience Design practice
- Create high-impact digital design work with strong craft, quality, and execution
- Contribute across different projects, teams, tools, and challenges
- Design meaningful, connected, end-to-end digital experiences across user touchpoints
- Design features within the context of broader business strategy
- Apply usability, accessibility, data, technology, and business context to design solutions
- Create wireframes, mockups, high-fidelity UI, and basic interactive prototypes
- Collaborate with designers, developers, researchers, and product partners
- Use storytelling to create alignment, connection, and buy-in
- Support ideation, exploration, synthesis, and production using AI-enabled tools
- Work on varied problems, products, and customer experiences for Fortune 100 brands and other global organizations
Requirements

- Developing understanding of data, technology, and business context in design decisions
- Genuine passion demonstrated through school, internships, or personal projects
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in UX/UI, product design, or digital marketing
- Portfolio demonstrating strong craft, strategic thinking, and digital design fundamentals
- Proficiency in Figma
- Familiarity with standard design, collaboration, and prototyping tools
- Experience creating wireframes, mockups, high-fidelity UI, and basic interactive prototypes
- Understanding of responsive design, visual design systems, and human-centered design
- Growing fluency in accessibility best practices and inclusive design principles
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, researchers, or product partners
- Interest in AI-enabled tools for ideation, exploration, synthesis, and production tasks
- Experience in internships, agency environments, consulting, freelance, or in-house digital product teams is a plus
- Motion graphics, video editing, or advanced prototyping skills are a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
