About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with Planning & Investment teams to provide hands-on and strategic Data Science support across the campaign lifecycle
  • Build advanced machine learning models to cluster and segment audiences and deploy custom audiences across platforms and publishers
  • Run descriptive and diagnostic analyses to measure campaign performance within clean rooms and analytics platforms such as Google ADH, Facebook advanced analytics, and Amazon Marketing Cloud
  • Help develop strategic analytical roadmaps to institutionalize data-driven outcomes
  • Manage projects, set and achieve goals, meet deadlines, and maintain executional excellence
  • Leverage coding expertise to improve process efficiencies
  • Build and present decks that communicate complex analytical results to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Help design and develop the Data Science practice knowledge repository
  • Delegate tasks to junior resources
  • Lead and train direct reports and manage their career progression

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Hands-on programming language skills (SQL, Python, R, etc.)
  • Experience with machine learning techniques and causal models
  • Advanced presentation and communication skills
  • Experience working with non-technical teams
  • Clear understanding of digital clean rooms and related concepts and strategy
  • Certifications in Meta (Blueprint), SQL, Python, or R (online)
  • Expert-level domain knowledge of business/industry
  • University degree in mathematics, computer science, statistics, or related field
  • 7–10 years of experience in informatics work in academia, advertising, management consulting, marketing, or digital consulting
  • Knowledge of agency-side execution process is desirable, but not required
