About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the North America FP&A function, including planning, forecasting, performance management, and business reporting
- Serve as a senior finance partner to the North America CEO and Regional Leadership Team on commercial performance, growth, and investment decisions
- Manage and develop an FP&A Manager and FP&A Analyst
- Partner with the NA Finance Lead and Global CFO to establish and implement financial goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures
- Own the NA FP&A calendar, including monthly reforecast deliverables, variance analysis, cash forecasting, and working capital reporting
- Lead financial analysis and insights for the Executive Leadership Team and Omnicom performance reviews
- Analyze revenue, margin, utilization, headcount, pipeline conversion, and gap-to-close performance
- Lead preparation and analysis of ad hoc requests from Omnicom
- Own the annual budgeting process with NA Leadership, Sector Leads, and Operations
- Partner on headcount planning, hiring approval governance, compensation modeling, and incentive design
- Establish and maintain financial controls, policies, and governance within FP&A
- Develop and mentor a high-performing FP&A team
- Partner with India Finance on shared-service support
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required
- Significant experience in FP&A or commercial finance leadership roles in an organization of relevant scale, scope, and complexity
- Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects
- Team leadership and professional business acumen
- Proven background as a strategic partner and business advisor to senior leaders
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and work with all levels of the organization
- Problem-solving and adaptability
- Ability to lead, react, and respond effectively to stakeholders during presentation delivery
- Ability to maximize the use of team resources
- Ability to serve as a role model for Credera’s core values and consulting skills
- Ability to develop lasting business relationships with client mid-management
- Advanced understanding of MS Office
- Experience with Oracle is a plus
- Professional Services/Consulting experience preferred
- CPA strongly preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
