About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design complex, enterprise-level integrations and automations using Adobe Workfront Fusion
  • Connect Workfront Workflow with Workfront Proof, Workfront Planning, AEM Sites & Assets, Salesforce, SAP, Workday, JIRA, and other systems
  • Develop scalable system architectures that enable seamless data flow and process automation
  • Configure and implement Workfront Fusion integrations and automations
  • Streamline project management, task workflows, marketing workflows, campaign execution, and content creation
  • Integrate with AEM for content delivery and asset management
  • Connect third-party SaaS solutions to improve end-to-end content supply chain efficiency
  • Facilitate consulting sessions translating business needs into integration architectures
  • Advise clients on integration strategies, content supply chains, and digital transformation
  • Partner with clients to identify business needs and address technical challenges
  • Support testing plans and successful go-live deployments
  • Optimize content supply chain processes using Workfront Fusion, AEM, and GenAI tools
  • Collaborate with technical, creative, and customer success teams
  • Incorporate client feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience with databases and enterprise reporting tools
  • 3+ years working directly with Health and Pharmaceutical clients
  • Deep understanding of web service APIs, webhooks, and integration frameworks
  • Knowledge of OAuth, HTTP basic authentication, API keys, REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, PDF, CSV, and MD
  • Strong experience connecting Workfront to Workfront Proof, Workfront Planning, AEM, Salesforce, Workday, JIRA, and other SaaS solutions
  • Strong knowledge of Workfront architecture and capabilities
  • Hands-on expertise with one or more major cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Deep expertise in iPaaS/SaaS integrations
  • Working understanding of modern AI engineering patterns, including agentic system design, evals, guardrails, RAG, and MCP
  • Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor and align integration solutions with client business objectives
  • Experience consulting for SaaS or content supply chain environments
  • Understanding of content supply chain workflows and process improvement methodologies such as Lean and Agile
  • Experience leading requirements gathering, strategic workshops, training, and stakeholder presentations
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and ability to create documentation, technical specifications, and strategic recommendations
  • Must be able to commit to 10–20% travel
