About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop concepts independently and with social strategists, copywriters, designers, and production teams
  • Create high-volume, on-brand content across Meta/Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, and other platforms
  • Execute social-first creative campaigns connecting entertainment, culture, and social media trends
  • Design and produce high-quality static and video content independently and collaboratively
  • Ensure craft quality across visual design and final production
  • Monitor social, entertainment, sports, industry, and design technology trends
  • Translate trend insights into relevant brand moments
  • Present and sell creative work to internal teams and clients
  • Support and mentor summer interns
  • Collaborate across departments and steward strategic integrated creative
  • Contribute to company culture through in-office presence and company-wide events
  • Work primarily on the Xfinity client account

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–4 years of agency or related experience
  • Significant social media portfolio
  • Deep knowledge of entertainment, sports, pop culture, and social media trends
  • Adobe Creative Suite proficiency, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
  • Understanding of social video and static best practices
  • Exceptional typography, composition, and visual storytelling abilities
  • Ability to source assets and solve creative challenges independently
  • Understanding of social platform specifications and best practices
  • Ability to manage projects from concept to completion while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and visual communication and presentation skills
  • Production workflow knowledge
  • Ability to work with editors, producers, and motion graphic artists/animators
  • Must be located in or willing to relocate to Minneapolis or Philadelphia
