About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and develop a deep understanding of clients’ strategic issues, initiatives, and competitive position
  • Participate in measurement plan development and execution
  • Ensure timely follow-through on scheduled and ad hoc deliverables
  • Generate and communicate clear, compelling, actionable insights using sophisticated analytic techniques
  • Lead, mentor, and train analysts and direct reports
  • Present reports, POVs, and other materials to clients by phone and in person
  • Contribute to consumer segmentation and audience identification/exploration
  • Design tests to measure the incremental impact of media on business outcomes
  • Manage cross-functional day-to-day tasks and priorities
  • Provide methodological support, coaching, training, and advice to agency teams
  • Partner with Planning and Investment teams on annual budget setting, media plan development, and budget/plan optimization
  • Recruit new talent
  • Assess direct-report capabilities, provide career-growth roadmaps, and establish skill-development goals
  • Monitor industry trends through research, training, and industry events

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree
  • 3–4 years of data and analytics experience in advertising, management consulting, marketing or digital consulting
  • Industry knowledge in marketing analytics and data, including 1st- and 3rd-party data solutions, data lakes, data clean rooms, and aggregated and user-level data
  • Experience in integrated marketing related to media and/or customer journey development, including budgeting, revenue forecasting, and ROI development
  • Expertise in audience-based marketing and data-driven advertising
  • Analytic skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven leadership ability and strong client relationship experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to train and coach colleagues in business writing, presenting, analysis, and project management
  • Comfort working in ambiguous situations
  • Passion for adopting emerging technologies in advertising
  • Knowledge of agency-side media campaign planning and execution process is desirable, but not required
