About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive overall digital strategy and associated tactics to meet client goals, working closely with account leads
  • Lead client and departmental teams within PHD and agency partners, prioritizing and negotiating needs between parties
  • Manage and develop junior team members through mentoring and training
  • Prioritize and manage quarterly priorities and ad-hoc requests, ensuring timely execution to client expectations
  • Solve problems and find solutions for issues not previously attempted
  • Establish expertise within the functional department and client team
  • Identify ways to improve team efficiency and effectiveness through new processes
  • Bring proactive ideas to meet client goals and grow business
  • Manage and execute paid social campaigns for clients

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or communications
  • 3+ years of work experience managing online marketing/advertising accounts
  • General knowledge of direct marketing principles and strategies
  • Polished presentation, communication and listening skills
  • Hands-on in-platform experience with Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok and Snapchat
  • Experience with paid social optimizations, forecasting and opportunity/gap analysis
  • Experience with campaign management tools, including bid rules/management
  • Advanced search engine or social knowledge
  • Knowledge of research tools and competitive analysis
  • Knowledge of budget/pacing and billing
  • Understanding of integrated media, client scope and industry trends
