About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the development and execution of POC media strategies, plans, and recommendations aligned with client objectives
  • Oversee campaign planning, buying, implementation, optimization, and post-campaign analysis

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 4–6 years of media planning, buying, account management, or related experience, preferably within POC or a media agency environment
  • Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and leading media campaigns
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing and developing junior team members
  • Strong understanding of POC media planning, buying, measurement, and marketplace trends
  • Experience with media research and measurement tools, including Geopath
  • Proven ability to identify process improvements and drive operational efficiencies
