About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Consult with clients to identify business problems and opportunities and develop analytics roadmaps that create measurable business impact
  • Lead consumer segmentation and audience identification processes
  • Advise client leads and senior clients on audience strategy, measurement, and advanced analytics
  • Share perspectives on industry changes in data and analytics, including future measurement, clean rooms, and attention measurement
  • Lead development and execution of measurement plans and revise them based on ongoing learnings
  • Distill complex concepts and analytics solutions into compelling data stories with actionable conclusions
  • Identify brand- and portfolio-level growth opportunities, innovation, and adoption of new analytics technologies
  • Investigate the impact of new data sources and technologies on marketing and relevant industry verticals
  • Provide ad hoc support to solve broad strategic marketing problems
  • Lead and mentor direct reports, assess capabilities, establish career growth roadmaps, and set skill-development goals
  • Partner with Planning and Investment teams on annual budget setting, media plan development, and budget and plan optimization
  • Recruit new talent
  • Stay current on industry trends through research, training, and industry events

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A university degree
  • 11+ years of data and analytics experience in advertising, management consulting, marketing or digital consulting
  • Industry knowledge in marketing analytics and data, including 1st- and 3rd-party data solutions, data lakes, data clean rooms, aggregated and user-level data
  • Experience in integrated marketing related to media and/or customer journey development, including budgeting, revenue forecasting, and ROI development
  • Expertise in audience-based marketing and data-driven advertising
  • Analytic skills, critical thinking, and ability to clarify strategic and operational data and analytics issues
  • Problem-solving skills to drive issues to resolution
  • Proven leadership ability and strong client relationship experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate unstructured business solutions into innovative customer marketing programs
  • Ability to train and coach colleagues
  • Organization, attention to detail, prioritization, business writing and presenting, conducting analysis, and project management skills
  • Knowledge of agency-side media campaign planning and execution process is desirable, but not required
