About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Concept, budget, pitch, and produce successful activations across varying budgets
- Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously from ideation through execution
- Select partners and identify value-add opportunities throughout the planning process
- Create client-facing decks and deliver strong storytelling/presentations
- Assess project and budget feasibility and build client trust
- Coordinate and lead communication among experiential/production partners, clients, and internal teams
- Ensure on-time delivery and alignment among all parties
- Find new vendors and opportunities to expand service offerings
- Attend client and lead agency meetings, production-shop builds, installs/strikes, site visits, and activations
- Provide support and leadership for junior team members
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners and clients
- Lead discussions across Account, Finance, Operations, and IMPACT processes and procedures
- Participate in Rapport/IPG MediaBrands programs, projects, and courses
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in work field
- 5+ years’ event planning/experiential/production experience
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Creative Suite preferred
- Comfortable working with Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Presentation design and creative comping skills desired but not required
- Experienced in client management, with strong problem-solving and communications skills
- Self-starter, able to take on large scale projects and multiple projects and prioritize appropriately
- Management experience of running a team of producers desired but not required
- Must be friendly, professional, and capable of building rapport with vendors, clients, and colleagues
- Background in technology, including vendor relations and ability to speak general terminology desired
- Ability to physically attend client/lead agency meetings, oversee builds at production shops, install/strike, site visits, and activations
