About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participate in integrated research and analytics assignments across social and traditional media monitoring, audience analysis, measurement, primary research, and secondary research
  • Monitor online conversations around client brands to identify issues, risks, and opportunities
  • Analyze data and draft reports
  • Collaborate with team members to contribute findings to client discussions and presentations
  • Manage data collection, cleaning, and synthesis from multiple sources
  • Develop and report on KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards
  • Conduct secondary research and collaborate on research briefs for clients and communications teams
  • Recommend communications-centric solutions based on research results
  • Stay current with measurement and relevant industry trends

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model in person weekly at one of the U.S. locations
  • 1 to 2+ years of experience across a broad range of research categories and models
  • Experience in secondary research
  • Preferably experience in an advertising, digital, PR, or research agency
  • Proven analytical and deductive reasoning skills
  • Ability to identify patterns and surface actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience writing Boolean queries
  • Experience using tools to analyze traditional and social media coverage, including Talkwalker, MuckRack, Facebook Insights, and Twitter Analytics
  • Collaborative attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, and CoPilot
