Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and implement Adobe Workfront solutions to streamline content supply chain processes
  • Enable Generative AI in content creation to help clients achieve business objectives
  • Partner with marketing, creative, and IT client teams to assess needs and recommend Workfront customizations
  • Deliver scalable solutions aligned with business goals
  • Improve content lifecycle management from ideation through publication
  • Reduce bottlenecks and ensure timely delivery across platforms
  • Use automation and GenAI to improve speed, scalability, and ROI
  • Integrate Workfront with DAM systems such as AEM Assets, Adobe Creative Suite, and GenAI tools such as Firefly and GenStudio
  • Build stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor
  • Translate technical capabilities into business value for executives, project managers, and creative professionals
  • Create, deliver, and maintain technical design documentation, requirements mappings, technical process flows, visualizations, and Workfront best practices
  • Provide best practices for workflows, change management, user adoption, and system governance
  • Lead new and existing implementation engagements for global brands

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of Adobe Workfront design and implementation experience, or equivalent experience designing and implementing workflow management and automation tools and/or systems
  • In-depth knowledge of Adobe Workfront architecture, features, and functionalities
  • Experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion, connectors, and APIs preferred
  • Experience leading technical project teams
  • Experience guiding clients through content supply chain journeys and delivering technology-led transformation
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly narratives
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks/projects and prioritize personal workload
  • Results-driven, adaptable, and collaborative
  • Track record of doing things that haven’t been done before and thriving in ambiguity
  • Adobe Certified Professional / Expert - Adobe Workfront Core Developer certification highly desirable
  • Approximately 10–20% travel may be required
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
