About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with leadership to shape media strategy and objectives
- Oversee development, delivery, and optimization of integrated media plans across TV, digital, and other channels
- Lead and mentor a team, supporting skill growth and workload balance
- Manage day-to-day client relationships
- Maintain clear, proactive, and solution-focused communication
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and performance to keep campaigns on track
- Collaborate with creative, activation, and analytics teams to deliver unified campaigns
- Stay current on industry trends, media innovations, and partnership opportunities
- Lead cross-channel campaigns for major entertainment brands

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 4+ years of media planning experience
- 1+ years of experience in an integrated planning role
- 2+ years managing or mentoring junior team members required
- Strong experience planning for national television and digital
- Experience with spot TV, Radio, OOH, and Print is a plus
- Upfront experience in TV or digital planning is a plus
- Proficient in proprietary analytics and syndicated research tools
- Strong written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable in fast-moving environments
- Proactive problem-solving and sharp critical thinking
- Confident and collaborative in client and team conversations
