About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Walk through each step of clients’ supply chains and evaluate efficiency and accuracy
- Train retail managers and specialists on solutions to supply chain challenges
- Guide teams through disputing and recovering errant chargebacks, shortage invoices, and price claims
- Identify the root cause of incurred costs and build fee-reduction plans
- Host and participate in collaborative learning sessions with cross-functional teams across industry-leading brands
- Work closely with Flywheel clients to build strategies that reduce cost, improve processes, and minimize risk
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of eCommerce logistical processes, preferably Amazon
- High attention to detail and desire for perfection
- Time management skills, including prioritisation of a variety of client projects
- Ability to analyse client data and translate it into actionable insight
- Consultative mindset focused on helping others learn, problem solve, and succeed
- Program management experience overseeing ongoing projects and managing the time of others
- Confidence in public speaking to present to various senior-level roles within client organisations
- Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn about new processes
- Preferred: Amazon Vendor Central
