About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and execute Flywheel’s integrated global go-to-market strategy
  • Align marketing, demand generation, events, BDRs, sales, and operations around shared commercial goals
  • Translate market trends, competitive intelligence, and client needs into positioning and growth plans
  • Establish operating rhythm, priorities, and accountability for the enterprise growth engine
  • Own the enterprise growth funnel from awareness and demand creation through new client acquisition
  • Oversee demand generation, account-based marketing, content, campaigns, executive engagement, and partnerships
  • Lead BDR coverage, prospecting, lead qualification, handoff, and pipeline acceleration
  • Partner with senior sales leaders to convert demand into qualified pipeline and closed revenue
  • Engage in priority pursuits, executive relationships, strategic negotiations, and high-value opportunities
  • Lead and develop teams across marketing, demand generation, events, BDRs, sales operations, revenue operations, and enterprise new business
  • Design organizational structure, roles, coverage model, talent strategy, and performance expectations
  • Oversee global brand, communications, content, digital, campaigns, thought leadership, and events
  • Establish processes for planning, pipeline management, forecasting, attribution, and performance reporting
  • Improve visibility into funnel health, conversion rates, deal velocity, marketing ROI, and revenue risk
  • Ensure consistent use of CRM, marketing automation, sales enablement, and reporting systems
  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers, strategic prospects, clients, partners, and technology providers
  • Represent Flywheel at industry conferences, client forums, executive roundtables, and strategic events

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 15+ years of experience in go-to-market, marketing, business development, enterprise sales, commercial leadership, or a related field
  • Significant experience leading global or multi-region teams
  • Proven success building and scaling integrated marketing, demand generation, sales development, new business, and/or revenue operations organizations
  • Demonstrated track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth in a complex, high-growth environment
  • Deep experience in retail media, CPG, eCommerce, digital advertising, digital commerce, marketplaces, or related technology and services
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buying journeys, account-based marketing, demand generation, events, sales development, and consultative solution selling
  • Experience developing strategic partnerships and navigating matrixed organizations
  • Executive presence and credibility with C-suite stakeholders, clients, partners, and internal leadership teams
  • Exceptional leadership and talent-development skills
  • Strong commercial judgment
  • Expertise in funnel management, CRM and marketing automation systems, forecasting, attribution, revenue operations, and performance analytics
  • Highly effective communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills
  • Collaborative, entrepreneurial, and solutions-oriented
  • Willingness to travel as needed
