  • Lead the design, sell-in, and delivery of analytic and AI-driven solutions tailored to client business needs
  • Lead marketing science and campaign measurement professionals
  • Collaborate with cross-discipline teams to generate actionable intelligence and apply it to marketing and customer engagement strategies
  • Identify client business problems and opportunities and determine appropriate analytic and AI techniques
  • Design, develop, and execute advanced analytic and AI-driven solutions
  • Guide directors, managers, and analysts in delivering marketing science, measurement, and reporting solutions
  • Lead the design, sale, and execution of impactful analytic work to drive client satisfaction, business results, and account growth
  • Advance innovation, improve processes, and expand capabilities and expertise
  • Build and maintain high-performing teams
  • Develop analytic talent and provide direction, coaching, and mentorship
  • Own scope, estimates, delivery plans, financial management, timing, and execution across client engagements
  • Participate in new business pitches and provide leadership for product development, public relations, and industry presence
  • Share solutions, techniques, and frameworks across clients and identify opportunities to apply capabilities to client challenges

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of applied analytics experience in marketing analysis, including segmentation, predictive analytics, digital analytics, measurement, media performance, business intelligence, and market research
  • 5+ years of experience in CRM, digital, or direct marketing preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced education preferred
  • Strong knowledge of strategic marketing principles and practice
  • Highly advanced and applied knowledge of statistical concepts, techniques, and performance measurement practices
  • Firm understanding of data architecture and management concepts, principles, and practices
  • Experience developing productive relationships and working collaboratively across disciplines
  • Effectiveness in training and mentoring others in tools, techniques, and methods
  • Working knowledge of dashboarding and visualization platforms
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive problem-solving ability
  • Collaboration and teaming skills
  • Must be local to the Irving, Texas or Raleigh, North Carolina area
  • Willingness to work on site in the company offices at least 3 days a week
